tese two days were damn damn bad day..
feel stressed, troubled, sad, confused, speechless...
stupid sia.. everythings seems to be fine after working at a NEW working place.. end up, finding out actualli ppl are realli tat selfish, bias and we had to be smart in order to survive.. liew~ dis sort of life was very tiring nor.. you hav to stay alert and be careful for watever u do.
ytd a unreasnable customer complain abt returning their BELT (a $32.90 belt).. she came ask me "how come the card member dun hav discount, den u sae hav?!" *honestly i didnt serve the customer and i did call my senior to help to serve tat customer. yet senior didnt serve properly, end up blaming me* den the other customer (which i was serving) tok back, end up customer complain to customer. den the unreasonable customer sae he wan to return the belt. end up complaining to my supervisor.. NVM, end up my senior sae tat i was very unlucky until oso get "ah boy", her and her friend in trouble.. wa! it was lik we did dis service line, we will faced all dis sorts of customer de, how come blaming me for all those things.
den customer lost their recipt, came back, senior sae "how come u are always the one?".. but i didnt tak the recipt.. guess wat, the customer tak it and place it in the bag.. end up finding it.. den my senior, even SORRY oso didnt sae.. liew~ i hate dis sort of ppl man.. did things wrong, didnt sae sorry.. if todae she tok abt me, i gonna tell her all tese things. i HAV my Limit de.. aniwae i feel lik quiting after i hav my results..
Gonna meet 5A the awesome klass of mine on the "O"'s release day.. weeEE! wA, veyr nervous le... den looking forward for the reunion dinner together the WONDERFUL 5 gals of mine.. haha. GIRLS POWER!!!
